I"m a little irritated that despite pulling out of the seasons first two episodes because he wanted more money he still managed to win over some of the other nominees. His acceptance speech included "Thanks for not firing my ass".

He outta consider himself extremely lucky and should kiss that statue every morning noon and night when he is happy that he has a job.
