George did mention in an early episode he had a brother, who was never mentioned again.

Also, that damn bike hanging in Jerry's hall changed color every once in a while.

Of course, I could be wrong about the second one, I do drink from time to time.

Yes I remember Elaine also mentioning a sibling which they really never discussed, although I dont know if it is an inconsistency but odd they never interacted with their family. It always seemed that the four were only childs.

In the dead Parrot episode Kramer seems to be clueless that his hiding the key in the birds' dish had anything to do with his death but after Jerry says you killed Fredo Kramer immediately admits to it without appearing to have just realized it.

I think George's brother would have made a good episode, he could have been the brother who did everything right and also could have competed with him for his parents favor as he did with Lloyd Braun.

Also, in an early episode Kramer said that he took baths, but in a later episode we discover that Kramer takes one hour showers.

Also, in the episode where George takes off his shirt while in the "office", George made it seem like he always had this habit, if so, Jerry surely would have noticed it before. In other episodes, it does not appear like George is taking off his shirt while doing his business.

I just thought of another one.

In one episode Kramer admits to Jerry that he sub-let his apartment from a guy named Paul Buchman(a character from the show Mad About You)

In a later episode Susan tells George to come to bed because she taped an episode of Mad About You!

In the pilot episode, Jerry's parents come to spend the night and it is mentioned that Jerry lives in a studio apartment, not a one bedroom, so his parents are actually sleeping in the living room, where Jerry would usually sleep. There was no bedroom. Also, another actor played Jerry's father.

He can buy a new bike every few years, can't he?

In an early episode where Jerry and Elaine go to Florida (the one where Jerry goes scuba diving and Elaine takes too many painkillers), they go to a banquet honoring Jerry's dad as the outgoing president of the condo association. Later, in The Cadillac, Morty is president again.

Talking

Ever notice when Jerry is in his hallway, the wall to the left of his door is flat, but when you go into his apartment, his kitchen is indented into the wall. If Jerry's kitchen is indented then the wall it shares, in the hallway, should be 'out-dented', not flat.

George once claimed he only got to say, "I love you" to a dog, but in an early episode he admitted he said, "I love you," to Marlene.
