Default "Three's a Crowd" - Episode #01: "Family Affair" Opinions

What did everyone think of this episode, which aired on TV Land on Sunday?

_______

I, personally, enjoyed it a lot. I've never seen TAC before, so that helped contributed to my enjoyment of it. It was sort of weird seeing Jack Tripper on a different show without Janet and Terri. It would be great if TV Land added the show to the KitSchen.

I thought it was pretty funny. It wasn't the best episode of "Three's A Crowd", but it wasn't bad. I'm glad TVLand aired it and I agree that the series would work well in their Kitschen.

I thought the episode was good. This show and The Ropers should be in the kitschen line-up.

Cool

Threes a Crowd and the Ropers both aired in Indiana for a long time before UPN went and bought every independant that wasnt nailed down. Errrr.
The pilot was as good as any of the eps were, as I remember.
The writing was fine, the characters were fine - everything was always "fine". When it came on we all watched it for our familiar favorites, a continuation. Of course, I really liked the Ropers, too. My mom ROTF at that.

Did anyone else notice that tv land ran the episode uncut? I edited the commercials out since i work with digital, and it was
23 minutes and 40 seconds, about. Im running on the assumption that's the uncut length.

My favorite ep (i cant remember many anymore, they run together) was the one where jack thought vikki was pregnant, but it was really that surfer dudes dog that was pregnant.

Thumbs up

I like the show "Three's A Crowd", but it was weird without Janet and Terri. It was also weird seeing Jacks at his Restaurant that was part of the Three's Company set that was weird. I Also think Tvland should put Three's A Crowd and The Ropers in the kitschen line-up.

What is the kitschen line up????

I thought this 3's a Crowd episode was very OK but nowhere near as good as even the worst episode of 3's Company.

The TVLand Kitschen is a line-up of shows that run Friday and Saturday nights from 12:00AM-2:00AM.

The current line-up is:
12:00- "Welcome Back, Kotter"
12:30- "WKRP in Cincinatti"
1:00 - "Sqare Pegs"
1:30 - "Tabitha"

I hope this helps.

The Ropers and Three's a Crowd don't have enough episodes to be part of TV LAND Kitschen. Especially TAC. A total of 22 eps

I noticed that it was pretty long too. I was wondering if it was uncut since TV Land must've scheduled the episode so quick...maybe they didn't have time to edit it?

EZ was also my least favorite character. I liked him, but er... The only other problem I have is that Vicky is sorta bland. *shrugs*

Not really...Square Pegs has 22 or 24 and Tabitha only has 13. It would take a few weeks to go through the run since they only air two episodes per week. Besides, they could be aired on a rotating basis. First The Ropers, then Three's a Crowd. That's a total of 50 episodes = 25 weeks. Three's a Crowd's episodes alone could air for 11 weeks and The Ropers episodes could air for 14 weeks.

I liked E.Z. I always thought Vicki was the weakest character on the show.

I thought it was funny but I thought that Mr.Bradford was supposed to dispise Jack, but the first episode he was nice to Jack.He went with Jack's story of Jack and Vicky being married so his aunt won't have a heart attack.Anyway,I think that would be the only funny episode of the series.
