Cool so what did everyone think.. that NEVER saw the uncut footage of "Up in the Air"

I know the timing was off.. because they cut it on the ABC Special tonight.. but what did you guys/gals think

I cant wait to see it all put together again liek it used to be before N@N needed to put another commerical break for the MONEY

But still.. what were your thoughts in seeing this footage everyone has talked about for years!

I thought it was hilarious. The part where he fell down (which looked like he must have landed on his back)... and then came back up with the pot thing as a hat... and the shaker.. that was just hilarious.

If I had seen that before... it was when I was a kid watching the show when it was originally on.. or possibly when it first went into syndication. So it's been a long time.

mhm.. in this case i'm lucky to see the german version of the show, cuz they don't cut anything out. i have the full episode on tape

i think it's one of the funniest episodes ever where you can really see john's talent in making people laugh just with his acting, without any talking

I've seen it uncut before. I can't believe Nick At Night cuts it up. It's the highlight of the episode.

When he has the pot on his head is perhaps one of the funniest scenes all time.

The best part for me si when he takes off that guys wig.. then puts the pot on his head.. then puts the wig on top of the plant

the energy in that scene was amazing!

At first, I didn't know what people were talking about in this thread. Or maybe I was hoping that the hacked up episode everyone here had seen was just a fluke.

Then I got all set to tape the episode (one of my faves) the other night. After Jack kissed the lamp and they cut away to the balcony scene with Janet...I was taken aback. I searched my memory...maybe I'd remembered the episode wrong? No, I've seen this episode at least 20 times in my life, maybe more. Surely there was no cutaway scene, right?

Then they cut back to Jack sitting on the chair with his head in his hands. What?!?! Nick At Nite cut out the best part of this episode? And for what reason? Money? Surely they could have cut out some other less pivotal scene.

Once again, the almighty dollar rears its ugly head.

It is rediculious. I just saw that ep. the other night on Nick and I could not believe the hack job they did on that. What is this channels problem. First they cut the shows to pieces and now they're replacing it with Rosanne, of all shows. That really is like a slap in the face.
