Conrad L. Hall, cinematographer, died January 4 at the age of 77.
Maurice Gibb, musician, died January 12 at the age of 53.
Richard Crenna, actor, died January 17 at the age of 76.
Nedra Volz, actress, died January 20 at the age of 94.
Al Hirschfeld, caricaturist, died January 20 at the age of 99.
Nell Carter, actress/singer, died January 23 at the age of 54.
Robert Rockwell, actor, died January 25 at the age of 82.
Joe Connelly, TV and movie writer/producer, died on February 13 at the age of 85.
Johnny PayCheck, musician, died February 18 at the age of 64.
Howie Epstein, musician, died February 23 at the age of 47.
Fred Rogers, children's TV personality, died February 27 at the age of 74.
Hank Ballard, musician, died March 2 at the age of 75.

That's a lot of celebrities who died! What's with all the 50 somethings that died? I know many people in their 50s and I hope they live a long time! 2003 was a crappy year. Even though I graduated and I'm glad to be out of school, it is still a bad year. The weather was horrible, apparently many people died, life sucks for me..blah,blah. I know the person who lives in Johnny Paycheck's old house and he says it's haunted. My boyfriend goes there all of the time and the house scares him.

Sad year for celebrity deaths. So many people I like have died, I also lost four of my pets this year.

My cousin died of an overdose in March. He was only 22 and was bi polar.

I would say 2001 was the worst year, tho, because of Sept 11th.
