Season 1-longer version of theme song, Charlie's trek from his apt. to the school, with shots of the class intertwined between. Actors' names.

Season 2-same as season 1, except actors' names + who they play.

Season 3-shorter version of theme song, and only Charlie rushing to school (class is only shown at end).

Season 5-First few seconds of theme song, with different symbols and "Head of the Class" starring Billy Conolly scrolling down the screen. Cast credits are superimposed over opening segment.

Which leaves the following left to be answered: What is Season 4's opening theme like?

Hmmm...that is a good question?!

I wish I knew. While we are speaking of the theme song. Does anyone know If it found on the web? That would be great to have, and add to the yahoo group lol

Yeah, the opening to season 4 has a little bit of the opening theme and shows a still picture of the class with Head of the Class over it, then goes right into the episode like in the last season, with the names superimposed.

From what I remember, I thought that the season 4 credits were longer than season 5 (same theme song as the earlier seasons), and had Charlie walking to work, but when it came to the new students (like Rain Pryor, Michael DeLorenzo, De'voreaux White, and Lara Piper), he stopped to talk with them (or maybe just one of them. It has been awhile).
