Newbie here, Bio and looking for trades...Hi Everyone! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey everyone! I am new to this website as I just bumped into it this even seaching for "What's Happening"....What an awsome looking website!

A little about me...I'm a serious trader, been trading for a few years now. Moderate a few different forums (not posting links here, don't want to be accused of advertising) dedicated to trading CDR's and DVD-R's. Unfortuantly I've not gotten into VHS...YET, but I know I want too, lol! Where has this site been all this time??? Jeez I'm always the last to know!

Ok so here's my first question...

For you expirenced Tape Traders, are CD Traders Welcome here? Is it looked down upon when someone has VCD's and DVD's of Cartoons and TV Shows here? Please be honest with your answers. I respect all customs and don't want to go against the grain here.

Second Question....

Do some of you trade VHS Tapes for CDR's and DVD-R's? And if you do what's the usual going rate or ratio like?

Third Question.....

Who's got very good quality sets of these shows (complete or near complete) for trade or sale:

Rosanne
Who's the Boss
Saved By the Bell (second Season and on, just bought the DVD Set)
Three's Company (I can't believe John Ritter dies today, very sad...he will be missed)
What's Happening (Second Season and on...Just bought the DVD's!)
Alf
Gilligans Island
Happy Days
Dukes of Hazzard (Animated and Live Action)

I am looking for these now. If you've got good Ref's and don't try and rake me over the coals I'll buy them from you. Or trade them with you to secure them.

About trades with me... I've got 200+ Ref's, all CDR's/DVDR's though. I can share them with anyone intrested in a trade. Until I get some sort of responce about wether or not it's ok or people are intrested in DVD's or CD trading here I will not post my lists. But I will say my lists are big! lol

I am also looking for any eps of the Jack Web Classic "Dragnet", but I only want the shows with Harry Morgan as Officer Bill Gannon from the second season. I've been duped alot lately buying the ones from the 1950's, without Morgan. He really made that show for me!

Great to see you on here moviedude25!!!Guys this guy is a top-notch trader.I've did several large trades with him on another trading board, vcd trades, but they went very smooth.Good edition to any trading site.
