Why couldn't they have released the first season of of I Love Lucy on DVD by season sets... not season volumn sets.... and are they going to release the second season like the first one? or just plain old season set?

The whole first season comes out this month, i don't know about the rest, it takes a while to get it all together you know. So the last volume and the whole season boxed set come out later this month!

They probably didn't release the first season all at once because they wanted to see how it would sell. Now, seeing that it's selling well, I'm glad they're releasing the rest of the seasons by box sets. It may be more expensive, but it's easier!
