I always laugh when I think of the episode where Grady makes Lamont a supper of codfish cakes and okra, now doesnt that sound gross or what? At least Fred was a better cook.

Grady sure made some wierd dishes in the Sanford kitchen. He made Lamont tuna burgers and hot potato salad for supper and made him one huge flapjack for breakfast once. Lamont commented that flapjack was "D.O.A." He wanted to make Lamont a flapjack with oatmeal....he called it flatmeal. I like the cocktail he made for Fred and Lamont.....Vodka and prune juice. He called it his "Trotsky." Funny

Fred's breakfast omelet was call "Day-omelet Fred". This was the infamous episode where Fred breaks apart the toast and when it accidently falls on the floor, he picks it up and puts it in his pocket. He also made Lamont his famous "Fred's fluffy flapjack". Also his Holy-Moly (at least Chico liked it) and his Mayo-Clinic (with pigs feet and snoots...the ones with the whole in them are the snoots..a quart and a half of mayonaisse and just a smidgen of garlic). Fred really loved to cook. He was making his spam almondine and braised tips of beef. He also made dinner for Woody and Esther. Spaghetti under glass and a very continental dessert.....twinkies flambae! Delicious!!
