I think that Colonel Blake is the best.......He can be soo funny at times and so clumsy that u have to love him, however at other times he is so caring that it almost brings a tear to your eye. He is by far one of the best characters!

McLean Stevenson was one of the best comedic actors on the show. He could be bumbling at one moment and serious and compassionate the next. It's a shame that he left the show. I would have loved to see his character evolve like the others did.

There was a misfortune about the show after both McLean Stevenson and Wayne Rogers left.

I wish Rogers and Stevenson had stayed. THe once great show never would have gotten so pretentious and sometimes excruciating (even if the show still evolved a little with the two in it).
