ummmm...my 3 favs r Full Moon...coz Nancy directed it. Um the 1 where Kate's friend died...coz it was a great Cap ep...and coz Nancy directed it lol...andthe 1 where Cap had her surgery... Jin/Cap moment YEAH!!Wahoooo!!!...oh yeah,and the season 3 finale coz Cap told Spivey off..I was soooooo proud of her!!!! Cap rocks!
