Am I the only one who seems to notice this? When the show first started, Maria seemed really bitter and nasty to me. She rarely ever looked happy, and was always the one to say "Shut up, Janice!" or be the first to complain. As soon as her makeup got lighter, she seemed a lot more upbeat, and even hyperactive. Then season 3 comes and Maria seems normal, nice, and down to earth! What happened?

I think Mr. Moore had an effect on her. She learned how to loosen up.
