I might be wrong, I was thinking of posts instead of threads, and I looked at "View New Posts." There isn't a feature to view new threads, I don't think.

And even then, there's no guaranteed way of knowing who made what post or thread at any given time, unless someone is keeping a large database of this information.

Anyways, sorry for reporting the inaccurate information.
