Default TV Land cuts more out of "Lucy Raises Chickens!"

Damn TV Land!

They cut out the part in Lucy Raises Chickens about when Ricky talks to Little Ricky about leaving the door open and that he wouldn't get a spanking if he told the truth about leaving the door open.....TV Land left most of this scene in and only deleted the spanking line, but now that scene is gone! TV Land cuts to a commercial as soon as Little Ricky opens the door and says..."Oh Boy!"

Can someone post the dialoge from that scene in it's original uncut format? Is this episode avaliable uncut?

I see the PCers are getting to everything. That is just so lame to even just cut the spanking line out!

Like I told someone else last night, soon enough, we won't see any credits at all and only half the show.

Yes, he neglected to include Lucy, who was a frequent guest on his show in his montage of guests on those boring casettes, Lizzie is there, so is Bette Davis, but no Lucy although her picture appears i believe. Lucy watched his show every single night and had him on her show and always talked about his talk show. Maybe she pissed HIM off when she did Joan Rivers' show three times.

Maybe whoever made the actual videos excluded Lucy without Johnny's knowledge! Maybe he's innocent.

Ok Ms Darrow, there's more. Johnny is not one of my favorite people. Since i read Here's Johnny and found out all those great jokes of his were written by writers, everything was rehearsed to make him appear so much funnier than he was. I'm not talking about the monologue, but rather the banter with the guests. Everything was scripted and discussed before. I was dissapointed. He used to have Lucy on his show, but suddenly stopped at one point. Johnny never liked surprises of any kind and Lucy had the nerve to show up as a brunette with a wig on promoting Mame and he had just introduced her as the most famous redhead in the world. She never again appeared on his show after that, but Joan asked her repeatedly, and she did the shows, maybe that was another sore point as he hated Joan and never spoke to her again after she went up against him on that Fox show. Although he had introduced Joan to her husband, when the man killed himself, he never even acknowledged the death, but the classier Joan sent him a condolence card when his son died.

Okay, I'll give you that one. Giving it away was justified.

Yeah, I first saw that episode (Lucy Does the Tango) uncut because I bought it. I'm glad I did.
I like that part! lol! It's the only episode I've seen where Little Ricky actually *almosts* gets in trouble. I can't really remember all of that part but:

Ricky: Well how did they get here?? (<-- not exactly I don't think)
Lucy: I have a feeling....
Lucy: Little Ricky!
Little Ricky: Yeah?
Lucy: (something, something i can't remember..lol)
Ricky: C'mon Son, tell us the truth.
Little Ricky: Will I get a spanking, Daddy?
Ricky:....No...not if you tell me the truth.
Little Ricky: Bruce and I hid them.
Lucy: Why did you and Bruce hide them?
Little Ricky: I didn't want you to give them away.
