Do anyone expect good quality from short-lived sitcoms? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I never expexct good quality from a old sitcom that was short-lived and barely in syndication. As long as i can hear the opening credits and hear the voices of the characters that's all that matters. Especially if the show is hard to find. Anyone Agree?

I kind of agree, but I would like to be able to see it.

For example, Sanford Arms was only on the air for a month in 1977. So the quality defintely can't be important since during that time there was not a lot of people who had cable

I don't care too much if I REALLY wanted to get such a tape-but I do prefer some quality-I don't like looking at a fizzy jumping screen too much, if that's the case-just put it on mp3 and sell a cd you burnt off it.

But what if it's a show from 1970 that lasted a month? Would quality still matter?
