Who was the voice of Mr. Ed?
According to reports, or anything like that, was the horse easy to work with? Is there a book about the show Mr. Ed? What was Mr. Ed's real name and what type of horse was he? |

I'm not really sure about most of your questions, but I think I read that Mr Ed was a palomino (golden color). That usually just is a coloring though and not a breed.

Allan "Rocky" Lane, a western actor who appeared in a lot of B movies was the voice of Mr. Ed.

When Mister Ed originally aired in the 60s, the voice of the talking horse was kept a secret for most of the show's run. If you look at the closing credits, you'll see the credit "Mister Ed-Himself."
