I Love Lucy Season 1 Boxed Set $78.49 at Walmart.com - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I told you guys earlier that BestBuy.com/Best Buy Stores are selling the individual DVDS for $9.99 each which is a bargain compared to other sites and the Full Season Box set was 89.99, now I went to Walmart.com and they are selling the full Season 1 boxed set for $74.62 + 3.87 s/h to $78.49. That's the cheapest so far I could find, I'll be on the lookout for anymore cheaper sites. Of course if you have already bought them individually, which I have, Volume 9 and the rest are available at Best Buy.com and Best Buy Stores for only 9.99.

Ok, but i also saw it at 139.99 at HMV and when i bought it, the cash registered 109.00, i certainly did not complain! It was still 10 dollars more than th lowest price i had seen.

I haven't seen them in Wal*Mart either.

I'm probably going to order the last DVD online though, I have the first eight so I'm not going to get the box set. Does anyone know when the second season will be coming out??

I haven't seen it around either. I already bought the first 9 on DVD, so I'm not going to buy the box set of season one (although the cover is pretty!).

The other five will be sold season by season, i guess they were just testing the marketplace with the singles, to see how much demand there was.

It's been mentionned on many sites, but i assume we'll have to wait months for every season though as they take lots of time to make, check Lucyfan, Tom Watson knows everything.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the second season, but Tom Watson said a few months ago that if we're lucky, we'll have the complete series on DVD by 2006.
