I decide to check my college's phone book to see if this kid I was in class with went back there for grad school. OMG...he did. So now I'm so damn tempted to email him and say hey. But I haven't seen him since December! He probably doesn't even remember me. Sigh...anyone blindly emailed someone they haven't seen in months? Especially if it was someone you weren't sure how they actually felt about you??
Ugh...then there's that kid I went to HS with. Different thread altogether. |

Well if you like him, then E-Mail him. The most he can say is, nope sorry i don't remember you.

As long as you make the tone of the email casual it will be no big deal. I mean, don't write 'Hey, Bro, waaazup?' lol, but you know, just don't put him on the spot in some way. You might give him a nudge in the 'remember me' department. Tell him something that you think he would be likely to connect with you. Or, if you don't want to do the email bit, you'll have to sneak around and find out where and how you can 'accidently' bump into him at school. Be

I've been there, but I think it was much harder for me. I was trying to email a member of Rockapella (Jeff) and try to sound casual. It was so difficult to find the right words and phrases, and to find a subtle way to make him remember me. (He only met me once.) I reread it about 10 or 12 times. It took me 45 minutes.
Hey, I was sending it to the fourth-hottest, fouth-most-talented person on the face of the planet that I havent spent a day without since April of 2002. I had to be picky. ![]() Anyway, your situation seems to be that you just need to be honest. Say something like, "Hey, I stumbled across that you go to school (again) with me here, and I was wondering if you'd remember me? (Insert a little bit about yourself, here.) If you'd like to talk, my AIM sn is (blahdeblahdeblah)." Hope we've all helped!

I haven't,because for one thing,I don't know if the guy(Chuck),even has an email address,in fact,I can't seem to locate him at all.
I would love to see him, again, after all these years.I wish I could find him.

I think it's a good idea. He'll probably be flattered. I would be.

I did a similar thing earlier this month. It kind of blew up in my face, but oh well. I guess she moved on with her life and everything and that's understandable. But like Janice said, if someone sent me an e-mail out of the blue wondering how I was and etc., I'd be flattered. I say go for it.

Several days before I graduated I e-mailed my third grade teacher. I thought she wouldn't remember me but I was surprised when she said that she did indeed remember me and that I always had a special place in her heart.

Well, there was this one guy that I haven't seen in two and a half years, and then I suddenly IM-ed him out of the blue because I got his screenname, lol...
The conversation couldn't have last more than 5 minutes. It was absolutely horrible, I swear. Then, from that day on, we never contacted eachother again. ![]() I know my little story here isn't encouraging you to e-mail him, but if you like him and would like to---no one's stopping you! Just remember: you will regret if you don't try! Think it over and go for it!
