Mommy market movie???? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Has any one ever seen that movie where these three kids don't like their mom so they want to trade her in for a new one so they go to this Mommy Market or something asnd they have these three golden coins which mean they have three chances to find the perfect mom. SO the first time they go there they almost run out of time to pick some one so they just pick this rich snobby woman that wears lots of furs and smokes a lot. So then the next day they take her back and get like a fire fighter mom or something. Then I don't really remember what next but they run out of coins and they still haven't found the perfect mom yet so they steal some more coins and then at the end they decide that they like theor mom and she comes back. Any way, I saw it a really long time ago and I can't remember the title of it. If any one remembers that would be great.
