Default Translation Sites?

Does anyone know any websites that can translate Hebrew into English without having to download anything? Or- does anyone speak hebrew and could translate?

Apparently they think that it's fun to write in hebrew online-

That's a very good website for translating English words to other languages and vice-versa.

thanx- it's kinda easier to get spanish or french, i've found a site for those but no hebrew.
They don't translate 100% accurately- ubt good enough, just read some french to english translations and you'll see
Mainly cos some languages are odd, in Irish the adjective goes after the noun

doras mor = big door (but mor means big, doras means door- so literally it's door big)

That's because translators, for the most part, don't do jack. They'll translate single words fine, (Most of the time), but try typing a sentence and all you'll get are scrambled eggs. Those things are a waste of time if you ask me.

Hey, it's nice to see you again, Chris. Thanks for the advice, you just saved me a lot of potential bad grades.

i do not know of any sites that would translate words in hebrew, but i know altavista translate can be used to translate words in french, spanish, german, italian, portugese, japanese, korean and chinese. russian can only be translated from russian to english, which is silly since they have chinese to english listed on the site and chinese and russian both are in characters, not words. i only know some words in hebrew. my cousin has a jewish friend. some words i know are: shalom which means peace and mazeltov which means luck.
i also heard some words from a hebrew film once called the summer of aviya. i am not sure of the exact words, as i could only try to hear them correctly. there was a translation at the bottom of the screen, though. "monique" was taxi. "shali" was girl. "stona" was bitch. (hopefully won't have to use that word often) "lad dee" was hold it. "toh" was okay. "mima" was mom. And, "mash may" was what's your name?. those are the only words i know. if you find out of a site that has hebrew english translations i would love to know about it so i can learn the language, too.

I'm not sure about Hebrew, but www.freetranslation.com is pretty good.

Try this...type a sentence in English...especially if it's dialogue. Get the translation. Put it back in just the way you got it and translate it back to English. Lots of times, it's not what you put in.

Anyway, I'm saying I agree with Chris.
