Default Also Airing on ABC Saturday Mornings starting Sept. 20, 2003

If anyone doesn't have cable or doesn't get The Disney Channel, ABC's Saturday morning ABC Kids block will air the show starting September, 20. Here is the full info:

ABC Television Network’s ABC Kids" will begin airing Lilo & Stitch, The Series, a spin-off of last summer’s highly successful animated feature, as well as Disney Channel’s hit sitcom, That’s So Raven, when the branded Saturday morning programming block rolls out its new fall schedule on Saturday, September 20, it’s been announced by Jonathan Barzilay, general manager and senior vice president, ABC Kids and Toon Disney. The two new series will join the ranks of the best of kids’ programming from The Walt Disney Company, including such popular shows as Lizzie McGuire, The Proud Family and Disney’s Kim Possible.

The schedule for this fall is as follows:

"ABC Kids" SATURDAY MORNING LINE-UP
All times are ET
8:00 am Lilo & Stitch, The Series
8:30 am Disney’s Recess
9:00 am Disney’s Fillmore
9:30 am The Proud Family
10:00 am Lizzie McGuire
10:30 am That’s So Raven
11:00 am Disney’s Kim Possible
11:30 am Power Rangers Ninja Storm
12:00 pm Power Rangers Ninja Storm
12:30 pm NBA Inside Stuff

Lilo & Stitch, The Series (8:00-8:30 am, ET)
Stitch -- formerly known as Dr. Jumba Jookiba’s “Experiment 626” -- is now living on Earth with Lilo and her extended “family.” The animated cast of characters includes big sister Nani, their friend David and social worker Cobra Bubbles, as well as aliens Jumba and Pleakley (posing as Lilo’s uncle and aunt). In a series of unfortunate accidents, Dr. Jumba’s other 625 experiments -- which he initially created for the evil Dr. Hamsterviel -- land on Hawaii and, one by one, are activated. Each experiment has its own unique set of extreme capabilities, including Stitch’s initial penchant for destruction. Produced by Walt Disney Television Animation, the series follows Lilo and Stitch as they search out these experiments and help to turn their nature from bad to good, finding places where each can belong and contribute to the community.

Disney’s Recess (8:30-9:00 am, ET)
In Disney’s Recess, the kids of the Third Street Playground -- T.J., Vince, Spinelli, Mikey, Gretchen and Gus -- definitely know the territory and, with each other’s help, successfully navigate this hierarchical microcosm of society. Whether facing down playground bullies or overbearing teachers, together these unlikely heroes find strength and support. Recess was created by executive producers Paul Germain and Joe Ansolabehere and is produced by Walt Disney Television Animation.

Disney’s Fillmore! (9:00-9:30 am, ET)
Schoolyard justice has a hip new defender in Safety Patrol Officer Cornelius Fillmore, the title character of the animated series Disney’s Fillmore! Produced by Walt Disney Television Animation, the series captures the essence of the great 1970s cop shows – in the guise of a smart, quick-witted seventh-grader out to stop crime in its school-age tracks. Fillmore! features the voice talents of 14-year-old Orlando Brown (That’s So Raven, The Proud Family), Tara Strong (Rugrats, The Powerpuff Girls, The Proud Family), Horatio Sanz (Saturday Night Live), Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me) and Jeff Probst (Survivor). Scott M. Gimple (Disney’s Pepper Ann, Mrs. Munger’s Class) is the creator and executive producer.

The Proud Family (9:30-10:00 am, ET)
The Proud Family consistently ranked among Disney channel’s top original series. Its multi-layered, contemporary stories focus on the “in-between years” from the perspective of a suburban-dwelling African-American girl, Penny Proud, and a multi-ethnic cast of characters, including the Latino friends next door, the Boulevardez family. Among the voice cast are Kyla Pratt, Tommy Davidson, Jo Marie Payton (Family Matters), Paula Jai Parker, Alisa Reyes, Carlos Mencia and Maria Canals. The Proud Family was honored with two NAACP Image Award nominations for Outstanding Youth or Children’s Series/Special and Outstanding Performance for Tommy Davidson’s role as Penny Proud’s dad, Oscar. The series was created by Bruce Smith (Space Jam, Tarzan). Smith, Ralph Farquhar (Moesha), Tom Wilhite and Willard Carroll are the executive producers. It is a production of Jambalaya Studios in association with Disney Channel.

Lizzie McGuire (10:00-10:30 am, ET)
Disney Channel’s tween sensation Lizzie McGuire enters a third season on ABC-TV this fall. The live-action series – voted Favorite Television Series at the 15th Annual Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, and nominated for both an ALMA and Imagen award -- serves up the comic foibles of 13-year-old Lizzie McGuire and features an intermittent animated version of Lizzie that offers commentary for real-life Lizzie’s conversations, confrontations and crushes. Oh, if the real Lizzie could only be so sharp-tongued and savvy. Instead she must experience the triumphs and the horrors of being 13, as she and her best friends, Miranda Sanchez and Gordo, try to survive seventh grade with their dignity and maybe a little popularity intact.
Starring are Hilary Duff, Hallie Todd, Robert Carradine, Lalaine, Adam Lamberg and Jake Thomas. Created by Terri Minsky, the series is executive-produced by Stan Rogow (State of Grace) and Susan Jansen (Boy Meets World). It is from Stan Rogow Productions in association with Disney Channel.

That’s So Raven (10:30-11:00 am, ET)
That’s So Raven is a new live-action situation comedy starring Raven (formerly credited as Raven-Symone, The Cosby Show) as Raven Baxter, a winsome teen whose ability to glimpse flashes of the future often gets her into hot water. Getting her out (or sometimes into) these predicaments are best friends Eddie and Chelsea, whose loyalty can be counted on whether Raven’s escapades involve hilarious disguises or a hint of danger. Allowing her flights of fancy -- yet eager to keep her feet on the ground -- are Raven’s parents, Victor and Tonya. And then there’s precocious kid brother Cory, who is both an annoyance and invaluable resource to his big sis.

Disney’s Kim Possible (11:00-11:30 am, ET)
The animated series Disney’s Kim Possible follows the comedic adventures of a typical high school girl who, in her spare time, happens to save the world from evil villains. Kim Possible’s ingenuity and tenacity -- along with her adventurous friends, Ron Stoppable and his pet, a Naked Mole-rat named Rufus, plus webmaster buddy Wade who feeds them vital information via a special Kimmunicator device – help this girlnext-door turned superhero foil archenemies around the globe. Then it’s back to her family and homework.
Starring are Christy Carlson Romano (Even Stevens), Will Friedle (Boy Meets World), Tahj Mowry (Smart Guy), John DiMaggio (Futurama), Nancy Cartwright (The Simpsons), Gary Cole (The Brady Bunch Movie) and Jean Smart (Designing Women). The creators/executive producers are Mark McCorkle and Bob Schooley, and the executive producer/director is Chris Bailey. It is a production of Walt Disney Television Animation in association with Disney Channel.

Power Rangers Ninja Storm (11:30 am-12:00 pm, ET)
Power Rangers Ninja Storm, the 11th incarnation of the phenomenal Power Rangers franchise, focuses on average teens who take on extraordinary powers that transform them into superheroes challenged to defend Earth from the evil deeds of a wicked Ninja master.

NBA Inside Stuff (12:30-1:00 p.m., ET)
Entering its 13th year, NBA Inside Stuff, a lively blend of youth-oriented entertainment and information, extends the new NBA and ABC-TV association into Saturday mornings, offering young fans stories they won’t find anywhere else. Hosted by Emmy Award winner Ahmad Rashad and Summer Sanders, stories include a review of the week’s wildest plays and greatest shots, player interviews and a peek at what the league’s stars do when they are not on the court. The series is produced by NBA Entertainment.
