She was a beautiful person who tried to help everyone she could. Her death was a tragedy. Her last hours on earth were painful.

Was her death an accident, or a murder/conspiracy?

I think it was just an accident. The press just blew everything out of proportion.

it is, in my opinion, a tragic and sickening consequence to the paparazzi frenzi.

I think it was just an accident. A bad one, but an accident nonetheless IMO.

I voted for a horrible accident although I think it classifies more as vehicular homicide since the driver of the Mercedes was drunk.

I wouldn't be surprised if it were a conspiracy. She was a very big name who was with the son of a wealthy Arab businessman. It's very possible. I think officially that the paparazzi chased her and her driver was drunk, so that was the cause of the crash, but there may very well have been other forces at work, someone who was out to get her.
