Do you think Dennis was cute or annoying?

I find little Dennis to be cute and very innocent (especially in the first couple of seasons).

Cute at first but like The Beaver, outgrew it on the show (shades of Ernie in My Three Sons or Buffy and Jody or Cindy brady.)

Jay North later trashed the show, even when doing the dorky teen young adult version of Hanna-Barbera's BammBamm (with SallY Struther's as Yabba Dabba Doozie Pebbly Poo in 1971's "Pebbles and Bamm Bamm").
