From the episode "Fast food" when Blair asked Natalie if she could get some hands on
experience at her workplace, a mexican restaurant, I forgot the name. Natalie told
Blair to be prepared to put her nose to the grindstone. Blair answered, "This is my real nose".

I'm not sure which episode this is from...

Beverly: I wonder what's wrong with Jo...

Blair Today or in general?

I always liked that line

------------------
-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-
Jo: Why would Tootie do something like that?

Blair: WHY? I know why. To make a fool of Blair Warner, that's why.

Jo: You don't need Tootie for that.

Cool

Here is one from the episode where Jo hurts Blairs ankle. Blair starts walking on her foot again and Jo finds out she can walk on it and Blair says "hallelujah, It's a miracle, I've been healed. I'm not sure if that is totally right. But it's one of my favorite Blair lines.
