Post Beyonce Knowles

I'm just curious to know everyone's views on her solo cd and career. Well, first off I want to say that I'm a huge fan of Destiny's Child. I loved Michelle & Kelly's solo albums a lot but I'm really dissapointed in Beyonce's. I think it's totally a sell out album and it really isn't all that great. I really liked the single Crazy In Love, and I love the song Dangerously in Love. But after listening to the whole cd I just dont like her musically anymore. I tihnk she needs the girls with her to keep her vocals up lol. I don't know. She has a beautiful voice and I love her personality but her cd just sucks to me. I don't know why. I just can't wait for them to get back together. Another thing about...she seems to be dressing trashy one day but very classy the next. Have u seen the pics in her new cd booklet? Oh well, I hope this major hip hop side of her is just a phase..

I also like Destiny's Child as a group.

But I have mixed feelings about Beyonce.

Since she is from Houston Texas like myself I have known about her for a long time. But I kind of have noticed that she uses people. She used the girls to get noticed then she pushes them aside to be alone in the spot light. Her voice is great and I like the fact that she does write some of her own songs. But I kind of lost respect for her since she seems to be very selfish. I wish she would get back together with Kelly & Michelle I like her a lot better that way.

I have Beyonce's new cd and I like almost all of it, my favorite songs are Crazy in Love, Baby Boy, Naughty Girl, How You Like It, Dangerously in Love, Signs, Yes, and the hidden track 'Daddy' is really cute, I think....I dont see anything wrong with how she dresses, I think dressing sexy is a good thing, atleast it's not like she's dressing for attention because she cant sing or dance or whatever lol....

Someone bought me Kelly's cd for Xmas, I didnt like it but that's sort of understandable, since I didnt think that Matthew Knowles would let anyone other than Beyonce have a really good cd or promote it as well as hers .

o wow I love that CD so much. And Michelle's is just so inspiring to me. I guess it's cuz there's aren't as hip hopish as Beyonce's and I have kinda swung away from that scene.

I like the way she dresses too. If you have a beautiful flawless body like that why not show it off.

I feel the same way. Also, Britney (and now Christina) have always been trashed for dressing like that, yet DC/Beyonce never really did. I think though its because of the way they used it. Britney & Christina used it for stage and recognition, while DC/Beyonce always covered up a bit more and to me, they have 'class.'

It wasnt the worst album I've ever heard, but I only liked Cant Nobody, and Delimma and Stole.....I dont like how they didnt really promote kelly or michelle's cd but when beyonce's came out it was a big deal and big promotion, even when kelly was promoting her cd, at a photoshoot beyonce had to be there. beyonce would probably be mad if kelly showed up at her photoshoot to promote her cd to pose with her.

I didnt even know Michelle had a CD out.

I totally see what you mean there. They probably figured since Beyonce was always the 'leader' of DC, she would make the most $$$ for them. Same goes for Justin of NSYNC. SO much promotion.. JC has a CD coming out next month-- how much have you heard about it? When you get down to business.. its all about who will make you more money.
