Default VH1's I Love the 70's

Thursday at 10 p.m. ET - cultural highlights of the year 1977. I haven't seen it but there will probably be a segment on TC.

Maybe, but I know for a fact 1979 will have a blurb on Three's Company.

I personally did not like what they said about Joyce DeWitt. I thought Janet was the most beautiful character on Threes Company and she is my favorite along with Jack Tripper

Here's the entire thing of what they said over TC, I got from Sean's site

Jillian Barberie: I loved Three's Company!
Greg Fitzsimmons: Classic sitcom premise: 'It's tough to find a place to live; I'll pretend I'm gay.
Rachel Harris: I loved Jack Tripper.
Jillian Barberie: He was always tripping over everything.
Greg Fitzsimmons: And the women were just horrible ac - everyone was a horrible actor.
Greg Proops: One of them was blonde and had enormous chests.
Bret Michaels: Suzanne Somers was hot.
Tracee Ellis Ross: Chrissy always had on the shortest shorts you'd ever seen in your life!
Greg Proops: There was another one with dark hair and no one knew why she was there.
Stuart Scott: Janet. Is that her name? Janet?
Rachel Harris: Poor, poor Janet.
Stuart Scott: Joyce DeWitt never gets any love. Did she do anything after that show?
Michael Ian Black: Who can forget Joyce DeWitt's subsequent work in Three's Company Reunion and in the E! Story about Three's Company?
Mitch Silpa: Their landlords were, uh, Mr. and Mrs. Roper.
Mo Rocca: I loved Mr. Roper, who was withholding sex from his wife.
Jillian Barberie: There was poor Mrs. Roper who was always in the muumuus.
Tracee Ellis Ross: She was brilliant. I wanted to steal her wardrobe.
Bret Michaels: There was Don Knotts.
Kyle Gass: That was a bad time for Don Knotts. He needed a little subtlety.
Stuart Scott: Every movie or every TV show he was in, he played the same bumbling character.
Mo Rocca: My favorite episode is definitely the one with the whole misunderstanding.
Jillian Barberie: There was always miscommunication. And then it was always resolved at the Regal Beagle. You gotta love that!

I'm not surprised. The straight guy/girl never gets respect on sitcoms. Unlike the other characters, Janet didn't have any real major quirks. However, without Jaent, Jack and Chrissy/Cindy/Terri would've probably ended up in jail over one big misunderstanding, lol.

I agree, what they were saying about her made me pretty mad. Why was she there? Uh, to hold the freakin show together. Like Sean said, they probably would have ended up in jail if it weren't for Janet lol.
