My favorite is "By the Light of the Silvery Moon". Cory and Topanga sing this with their guests on the episode where they run a bed-and-breakfast. Cory is hilarious on the piano during this song.

Out of the songs listed, my vote is for "War" performed by Cory and Topanga.
