For the top 3 best shows of the 1990's:

1. Seinfeld
2. Wings
3. NewsRadio

Now people voted for those and I'm pretty sure you can only vote once. However, Wings used to be number 1, so a bunch of Seinfeld fans must have found the website. But it's great however, to call Wings and NewsRadio numbers 2 and 3 on the list. And it's not for just sitcoms either. Here's some more of the list:

4. Early Edition
5. Mad About You
6. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
7. Home Improvement
8. Northern Exposure
9. Boy Meets World
10. 3rd Rock from the Sun

D'OH!!! Stupid Seinfeld fans!

Oh well, 2nd and 3rd place aren't that bad, considering there are currently over 40 shows on that list.

Wings and NewsRadio are also listed on a couple of the personal ratings lists. Cult TV shows and Funniest Sitcoms, I think.
