Did Frasier look better with his beard or with out personally I think he looked better with it.

Frasier definately looked cooler with the beard.
But it wouldn't fit his character, because he changed so much, when "Frasier" began.

Did anybody notice how big his head got between Season 3 and Season 11, but, its more shapped like Season 3 now.

Heads change.
Great TV doesn't.

with. I can rmember seeing the very first episode of "Frasier" & being surprised when he didn't have it.

but what really surprises me is how much younger he looks in his first appearance on "Cheers". Of course, Kellsy Grammer was going through a bad drug problem then (it was after the first season of "Frasier" that he got cleaned up) so that may have had something to do with it.

I just thought it was funny because when he came on the show he looked about 20 and by 93' he looked about 40. But the beard was cooler.

Frasier was more "one of the guys" with the beard.

I think Frasier should bring the beard back.

finish Frasier with the same "do" as in Cheers.
