Please try to start looking for posts that already exist. On the first page alone, you have 15 of the 50 posts. It makes it hard to keep up with all the stuff that gets posted on the website. I'm not trying to be mean, but please look around to make sure your topic has not been posted, and that it's worth posting. **Everyone** on here knows about MYOS, and they vote if they can. No need to repeat it.
