“The Chaperone,” Episode No. 9 of The Monkees (prod. #4711, from Nov. 7, 1966, NBC), was repeated @ 1:00 p.m. EDT on ABC.

AUGUST 19, 1968

“Some Like It Lukewarm” (a.k.a. “The Band Contest”), Episode No. 56 of The Monkees (prod. #4751, from Mar. 4, 1968), was repeated @ 7:30 p.m. EDT on NBC. Secret/Maybelline/Pizza Spins sponsored that week, and the commercials seen were Secret, Prell Concentrate, Maybelline, Solarcaine, Pizza Spins and Bugles.

Many TV researchers mistake this repeat to be the last telecast of The Monkees on NBC in prime time.

AUGUST 19, 1972

"The Monkees On The Wheel", Episode No. 46 of The Monkees (prod. #4742, from Dec. 11, 1967 and June 10, 1968, NBC), was repeated @ noon EDT on CBS.

AUGUST 21, 1967
