I don't know why I'm always having problems with this program, but does anyone know how to reinstall it? Yesterday, I reinstalled Windows XP, but I noticed no difference after the reactivation. Paint just suddenly disappeared from my start menu about two weeks ago, and I have no idea what had happened to it. When I search for "MSPaint," a program comes up, but does not run! Help!!!
![]() Also: How do you uninstall a program that does not come with an uninstaller nor does it show up under "control panel>>add/remove programs?" Thanks.

I can't help you with the first one -
But for the second question, try going to Search > For Files and Folders and entering the program name in there. Whatever comes up, delete it. That's the best I can do.

You know the same thing happened to me a few months ago, I had accidentally removed Paint and some other programs, I had to contact my computer co. and they helped me reinstall it.
So you can either contact MSN, or your computer co. and they should be able to help. You can always try your control panel and see if Paint is listed there, if it is, then reinstall it

I just went through my start meu, and I've realized that not only is paint missing, but so is the calculator, games, sound recorder, and notepad... in other words, partically everything that came with the computer. What the heck happened to them? I don't remember deleting them... intentionally, anyway.

That happened to me once..I reinstalled the Accessories and Utilities folder in Add/Remove Windows Components[in Add or Remove Programs]. It worked.
