Cruddy New Battle of the Network Stars

Anyone else watching the new version of "Battle of the Network Stars" on NBC? It is so stupid....and way so far from the original. To begin with, the original 1976-1988 Battles were battles between the three networks: ABC, CBS, and NBC. This version is all NBC stars, split into two different teams. Instead of going to Pepperdine University, like the 70s battles, they are in Lake Tahoe. It had been the first half hour already, and there is no Kayak Race, no Swimming. The opening sequence pointed out that there will be no Tug-O-War. What the hell is this?! It is NOT Battle of the Network Stars is there is no Tug-O-War. NBC should have just left this classic alone. TVLand, here our cries and rerun the 1976-1988 Battles on Saturday nights!!! There were 19 Battles, so it would take about 5 months to go through them all, and that would be perfect.
