Default Trivia Question #1

Quick - without going to your VCRs, what were the three names that Louise called Ralph in the "Potsie gets Pinned" episode that aired earlier this week on WGN?

I see Wilford Brimley's in your avatar. I met him once and got his autograph. He's just like his character's he plays. Doesn't smile much, but he's a cute ol' cowboy.

Default Am I crazy or did this happen?

For some reason, maybe its because I have seen all the episodes and I tape them and watch them, but I now watch the episodes and look for bloopers and trivia bits; (I should be writing down my favorite quotes, but I i dont) today's WGN ep, My Favorite Orkan was one of my favs, and the trivia bit gleened for today: Ralph's grandmother's name = Tillie. The blooper: during the Fonz's duel with Mork, after Mork bleeps away Malph's clothes and he runs out in his boxers, as the Fonz approaches the waitress who is "frozen" while cleaning one of the tables, you can clearly see her blink.

Bonus Blooper - in the last scene in the syndicated version, where Mork is talking to his boss, Orson, the address outside the Cunninghams' house says "179" instead of the familiar "525" they show on every other outside shot of the house.

Ohhh, the crazy part....
I have become obsessed with trying to remember what they showed when they went to commercial when they originally aired the series - I clearly remember that they had the same person who introduced the show with "Happy Days is filmed in front a live audience" (most often Ron Howard) say "Happy Days will return after these messages" and the (taped, I'm sure) audience would respond with a dejected "awwwwww".
I believe that they did a corresponding "we now return to Happy Days", but I think that they just went right to the scene there.

Does anyone remember this - Its driving me crazy

Great Catch!!!!!

I do the same exact thing now by looking for trivia or bloopers. Here's one...

Blooper - In episode #31- The Not Making of a President, the election was based in 1956, but when Debbie drives up next to the Stevenson booth, the American flag is clearly seen with 50 stars. But in fact, at that time, the flag only had 48 stars because Alaska didn't become a state until January 3rd, 1958 and Hawaii didn't become one until August 21st, 1959.

OK, so in the strangest of all places I found something... in Weezer's Buddy Holly video, it stops in the middle with Ron Howard saying "stay tuned for more Happy Days" and it shows the Happy Days neon sign logo, so I'm not crazy, and it does have the part with the crowd going "awwww".
HOWEVER i still remember a different logo that they may have only shown during the original airing of the first 1? 2? seasons - what I remember is a cartoon-like picture of the Fonz on his motorbike surrounded by some other characters, with a Happy Days logo and a record frame (similar to the opening cast credits), but what strikes me is that it had a soft, sepia-like tone to it.
So maybe I am crazy.....
