Are there any shows you like, but still think are a little over-rated?

I like Everybody Loves Raymond, but I don't think it's the great show that the critics make it out to be. I can think of other shows that I find a lot funnier.

Also, The Cosby Show. I like it, but it's definitely over-rated, especialy in syndication.

I like I Love Lucy.
But I find it VERY overated.
Sure it was the best of its time, but so much better has come along.

The Dick Van Dyke Show was very overated. I liked it but I don't understand why the critics went overboard in their praise for the show.

I like Three's Company a lot, but I can't understand why everyone is gaga over it. Same with I Love Lucy.

I like All in the Family some, but I find it to be the most overrated sitcom ever . . . . next to M*A*S*H and The Andy Griffith Show.

I like some episodes of the Mary Tyler Moore show, but I don't think it's one of the best shows ever like some would say.

I'd have to go with the Facts Of Life. As much as I loved this show as a kid, and as much as I enjoy it today, I don't understand how it can be so popular considering the fact that it was barely able to crack the top 20 in it's prime. Also, I agree with whoever picked I Love Lucy. It was a great show, but I don't think it's nearly as good as most people make it out to be.

Sanford & Son... It's really not even very funny, and used a lot of the same jokes over and over and over and over! (Especially Aunt Esther)
