Has anybody seen this movie? I never saw it. I heard it was scary. I don't like horror movies. I also heard it was bloody & very gory. I remember reading reviews about the movie when it first came out in 87. I remember Mickey Rourke & Lisa Bonet who played Denise on The Cosby Show had a very intense sex scene with blood dripping from the ceiling on their bodies. Bill Cosby didn't want Lisa to do this movie cause of the sex scene. I think that's the reason Bill had her taken off the show.

I have a vague memory of seeing it in a drive-in while on a business trip in '87 or '88. My recollection is that it was a private eye mystery with supernatural overtones. I recall that it was it was decent. I don't think it was so violent as to really be gross, except maybe a scene of two. See it and tell us what you think.

Yeah Brandon it was a supernatural mystery movie & Mickey Rourke was a private detective investigating mysterious deaths in New Orleans that had to do with voodoo. Robert De Niro was the devil in the movie. I don't think i wanna see this movie.

It might be worth taking a peek. I don't think it was that gross, for the most part.
