Favorite/Least Favorite character

I know this question has been posted before, but that was a long time ago, and since there are new people on this board, like moi; I would like to know what everybody's favorite character is or is there a particular personality on the show that you dislike.

I think Luger is the funniest, James Gregory always steals the scene.

Levitt, he just annoys the heck out of me.
i especially hated it when he would come inside the squad room, and immediately start kiss Barney's behind.

my favorite is Det. Ron Harris hes just yummy

i dont really dislike any of the characters but if i had to choose i guess itd be Lt. Scanlon.

Scanlon was nasty, but not as bad as Levitt, he was just HORRID, you could tell the boys, especially Harris, wanted to kick him in the
