In the last episode, JR is in South Fork alone, upset and depressed. We hear a gun shot, and then Bobby comes in.

Then it goes to the movie done a few years later. What happened?? How was the gunshot explained, because we know JR lived?

In the reunion movie, J.R. returns to Southfork and Bobby says he hasn't seem him in five years, since he found him after he had shot the mirror and mentioned "something about the devil". J.R. said he went away to get the "devil out of him".

They did I think the reunion and a second movie after that!! The man who played the "angel-devil" was Oscar winner and dancer Joel Grey of Cabaret and father of actress and dancer Jennifer "Dirty Dancing" Grey!!
