Default Lamont was a 32-year old man and was trying to ruin his father's relatioship with

Donna. Amyone find that to be WEIRD? This was one of the reasons that I wasn't a big fan of the Lamont character.

But his feelings changed. Yeah, he tried to mess up the relationship early on, but later on he was cool with Donna. I guess Lamont just had fears that Donna would be replacing his mother.

Not a big Donna fan either. She was Lamont's landlady when he moved out. Was that connected with Fred meeting her?

No in the episode when Lamont moves out, she was not playing the Donna Harris character.

I don't really find that weird. Immature, yes, but a lot of people don't approve of their parents getting married again.

But Fred meddled into every aspect of Lamont's life. He would never give him a moments peace. He could'nt bring a girl home, could'nt take a trip with Julio, and countless other things.

Default Lamont lived there too.

At Lamont's age, it was just as much his place as Fred's. He supported Fred. If he didn't work there, Fred's business would go belly up w/o Lamont's strong young back. Lamont all ready had to put up with a lot of Fred's nonsense. If his father had a steady lady, that would leave more work for Lamont to do with Fred staying out late on dates, spending the day sleeping, getting the place ready for Donna to come over, etc. Therefore, Fred having a steady lady or wife, would only create more headache and havoc for Lamont. Therefore, that is my theory for his actions. Once he realized Donna was a responsible lady who would be good for Fred, he warmed up to her.

Lamont was very overprotected of his father; he did not like Donna at first, because Lamont did not understand why his father was having a relationship with a woman, who, happened to be a lot younger and probably did not understand what Donna saw in Fred, for she was more established and sophiscated

I think Fred only went to Rollo's house just to show Rollo and Lamont that he wasn't too oLd to show a woman a good time.
