I like The Cure, but the lead singers voice sometimes irratates me, I'm a big fan of "Killing an Arab."

I've been a fan of Morrissey/The Smiths for a long time. Their work is great, and will forever have a big impact on the teens who find their music. Their lyrics are so meaningful, especially when you are that age when you hate everything, everyone hates you, and everything sucks. This band has been a part of my life.
I get mad when people think that "How Soon Is Now?" is an original song by that lesbian duo from Russia.

People who haven't heard of them, go out and buy Singles, or make sure to download:
-"How Soon Is Now?"
-"Hang the DJ"
-"This Charming Man"

Cool The Cure and The Smiths

I like both the Cure and the Smiths. The Smiths have great lyrics.
I like the Cure's "Just Like Heaven", and one song I think they did ten years ago, was it called "Wish"? It's been a while since I heard that.

I love The Cure and The Smiths! They were the first bands I listened to that made me realize that music could actually be meaningful and deep, especially after all that crap from the 60's and 70's.

Yeah, no-talent money grubbers will always steal material from those who have the real talent.
