Just curious are there any As time goes by fans out there this is one series I am trying to get for my collection I really like it alot. The one show where they did the tea for the aged was really funny and also when LIonel went for his hearing test and he brought back sausages and threw them up on the counter and Jean thought it was wax also the one where she goes to the psychotherapist.

I love As Time Goes By other than Are You Being Served it's my fav. The one when they did the tea for the elderly was so good and Allister was stripping! OMG, that was one of the best eppies. I have seasons 1 through 6 on dvd. And tonight on PBS the eppy where Allistar and Judy get married is on, which is the one that i've been waiting to see for awhile now. And Allistar with his panic attack pills that make him all weepy. I love him!

Hey, another Alistair fan! I think he's hilarious, and it always amuses me that the studio audience never seem to laugh at him. He's so funny though!

No, the show went permanently out of production after Judys wedding (Though they did make a special recap ep recalling the best moments of the show after it ended )

They are still making As Time Goes By. The team reunited for a few episodes back in February including an Xmas Special airing Christmas this year over here in the UK.

Does anyone know......

In the credits they show photos of what is supposed to be a young Jean and Lionel. Is it the real Dame Judy and G. Palmer? Also, how many kids did the actress who played the daughter have IRL during the show? Her weight fluxuated a lot.

According to IMDb, the two people in the photo are Judi Dench's daughter, actress Finty Williams, and Geoffrey Palmer's son.
Moira Brooker, the actress who played Jean's daughter Judy, has two children, both of whom were born during the show's 11-year run and she was noticeably pregnant with the second one in the final episodes of the series.

I absolutely adore this show. And I'm glad they're making new episodes. I really hope they make it to the US soon also. This show is the sweetest, filled with innocent humor, and so much class. These people even argue with class! You can't get much better than that. If you're in the mood for gentle comedy, this is the show for you.
