Thumbs up "From Russia With Love" and "Dear Me"

AWESOME! For me this is the first time I've seen season 3, so the episode are twice as good.

"From Russia With Love" was great. I loved the grandmother, she was so sweet! And to think she looked just like Blair when she was younger I also loved the song she was humming through out the episode! This was just a great episode in my opinion!

Best Line:

Natalie: Just pure ingredients. Chocolate and caramel.

"Dear Me"...it was the best! I may not be bale to type right because of laughing I loved the Tootie storyline, but the thing that over shades that for me is Natalie! She was hilarious! When she was telling Tootie about Blair's surprise...that was the best! Her facial expressions were to die for! I now know what Charlotte Rae saw in Mindy Cohn. I also loved the "promise" Jo made to Blair that she would shut her up next time she tried to interfere in Tootie's life. I loved the smile Jo gave Blair And then she tried to follow through with her promise...but Natalie stopped her! ...The ending was the BEST! All the way from Jo and Blair turning around at the same time to Natalie being backed into a corner! I haven't laughed so hard in a long time! I LOVED this episode!

Best Line:

Blair: How did she know about the surprise?

Natalie: You know what this means.

Jo: How did she find out about the surprise?

Natalie: Means she's free. ...Doesn't have to hide behind that made up romance anymore.

Blair: How did she know about the surprise.

Natalie: She dragged it outta me!

The scene was HALIROUS!

What did everyone else think of these episodes?

Oh my god! I love these two eps too.... I was watching the facts of life when these eps aired but becuase they were after the marathon when nick at nite aired them these 2 eps didn't come on until like 12 or something liek that so i never got to see them, but i saw them on a myos one time and i just felt that these 2 eps were TO DIE for!!!

From Russia, With Love- I love the part when mrs. garrett finds out that nat was lying and she's like oh natalie why don't you help me? and nat's liek you don't really need me to squeeze a lemon, and mrs. garett's like oh yes i do i seem to be loosing my grip, and then seh pulls nat! I LOVE the whole kitchen thing especially the part when mrs. garrrett says Natalie!! hehe... and she kinda sticks her toungue out weird or soemthign... i dont' know how to explain it but it was hilarious!!! and tootie's like... "Am i a snow fox or what?" and then jo's like you're hot... and tootie goes, "I might just melt the mountain!" hehe... and how couldn't love nat's grandma!!! I love when she was doing her leg lifts!!! hahah!! I love that woman!!
***mistake made*** When mrs. garrett comes in on nat and her grandma she says "mona my robe fits you perfectly!" but in tonights episode (return of cousin geri) Blair is wearing the robe and in other episodes Blair wears that exact same robe in a bunch of other eps... oops for them!

Dear Me- I ABSOLUTLEY Loved watching this ep the first time and i love watching this ep over and over cuz i think it is sooo funny!!! I LOVE tootie's letter and how she put on it... your hunka hunka burning love.... And OMG!!!! Mrs. Garrett's looks of torment and shock are soooo priceless!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THEM!!!! They are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Hilarious!! she just stands there in shock!!! hehe!! I love it!! and then mrs. garrett tries to talk to tootie in the cafeteria... this is the part i don't get... Mrs. garrett is kinda trying to have a little "sex" talk with her and doesn't know what to say... but she could teach the girls all about sex in an episode before... (weird) but anyways i love when tootie says... "but with teddy in washington and me here the only one that is delivering is the mail man!" hehe... i love that!! ok... i oculd go ON and ON about this episode cuz this is like one of my ALL time favorites!! but hey... i don't wanna bore you... bye

My favorite scenes were from "Dear Me". It was when Blairmade Jo promise to shut her up any way she had to and Jo gives her that HUGE grin. And then when Jo says "I promised!" and tries to hit her, but Natalie stops her. AND at the very end when Jo and Blair turn around at the very same time.

--------
Jo: Well, I'm not gonna stand around playin' stupid guessing games. Who is it?!
Pippa: Franni!
Jo: Ya see, it's just Franni. Who the hell is Franni?!

Andy: Merry Christmas!!
Tootie: Do you know what day it is?
Jo: Yeah, it's the day I lost all feeling in my neck. (looks at Andy) Who are you?
Andy: Ho ho ho!
Jo: Awww, that's sweet. Go 'way.

Mrs. G: Natalie, why don't you show Jo a better place to park her bike?
Jo: Why don't I just park it on Blair's face!?
Natalie: She's a breath of fresh air, isn't she?

Blair: She must think we're into nostalgia, she's still wearing flared jeans.
Jo: Uh, in a minute your gonna be wearin' flared teeth.

Jo: We'll sneak out tonight after dinner, OK?
Blair: OK.
Tootie: Yeah, we'll be ready.
Blair: We? Would you like to explain that?
Tootie: Sure. See, we is the first person plural pronoun. Me and Nat are a we, and we are going with you.

Jo: It was just like Saturday night fever, only it was a Friday.

That last scene in Dear Me was priceless, with Jo and Blair.... Man, I'd never be able to trust Nat or Tootie.... they've both got big mouths

The whole time I was watching Dear me, I just kept thinking to myself "George.... George Glass"

Maybe I'm getting to be an old krumudgon, but Natalie needed a beating in "From Russia With Love". Jo took it alot easier on her than I would've. Grandmas are kewl.

I made my husband watch last night, and he wants everyone to know he is glad that he chose to watch on a night where Blair had another one of her brilliant ideas. I know he's breaking

Good job, Coily! He's gonna crack eventually and sooner or later he may be on these boards as well

And I agree, the last scene in "Dear Me" was one of those Hallmark moments! I laughed so hard-it even has me laughing now! I also would find it hard to trust Tootie and Natalie-they both have such big mouths. It seems that Blair would blab secrets, but I think she knows her limit so I probably would trust her. I think I could trust Jo the most though because as Natalie said in the accident episode, "One of the all time great promise keepers"!

So far I'm LOVIN' season 3!

Jo: Why would Tootie do something like that?

Blair: WHY? I know why. To make a fool of Blair Warner, that's why.

Jo: You don't need Tootie for that.

From Russia With Love

I liked when Tootie called herself a Snow Fox and Jo agreeing saying that she looked Hot, then Tootie said, "I can melt the mountain". That was cute. I didn't like "From Russia With Love" very much though. Natalie was a witch to her Grandmother for no reason.

Dear Me

One of my favorite episodes. It's sad that she felt that she had to fake a romance because she knew that the older girls would have teased her about her not being as advanced as they were. Jo was sympathetic towards Tootie and that was cute.

She was a witch to her because her grandmother busted up her plans to spend her first weekend alone with a boy at her parents'.

I really liked "From Russia With Love". It was a good episode, a lot better than I expected. I stopped there in my marathon watching so the next one will be "Dear Me." I'm looking foreword to it now!

I have since watched "Dear Me" and honestly I didn't care for it that much. It wasn't one of my favorites but maybe that's because Tootie was the focus of it. She's not a favorite character of mine.
