Did they always yell NORM when he came through the door? Right from the first episode? Were there any exceptions?

I'm pretty sure. Sometimes when Sam was sailing the seas, Woody was the only one to say it. But, ya I think at least 1 person said it everytime...

On Rebecca's first episode, Season 6 premiere, they didnt yell it the first couple times he walked in.

At the end of the episode "Tan n Wash" they didnt either. Cause Norm was rich for like a second but then the roof of his business caved in.

One of my favorite eps.

but other than for those reasons, they always yelled it from the first episode to the last

actually, there are many times they never yelled NORM! when he walked in. i cant pick one specifc point right now, but i can remember many times where he just walked in (tho not as many as yelling NORM!)

they usually only yelled it if he said "afternoon everybody"
or "evening everybody" or "morning everybody"
