I was thinking, cold there be a way we could have like a board for every decade of television? Just an idea!

I don't either. The boards have quite a lot of stuff on it. If you wanted to talk about 1970s music, go to the music forum. 1980s movies? Go to the movie forum. TV show from a certain year, go and find the board for it. It's all quite covered if you ask me.
