There where 3 episodes of Golden Girls that I could do with out I enjoyed the entire series but these 3 they are The one where Dorothy's brother dyes kind of a dumb episode the episode for Empty nest with Rita Moreno and the other one was where the pregnant teenager came to live because the father threw her out of the house.

The ones I'll pass on:

1. When Dorothy helps out that mentally ill guy who lives in a room and hasn't gone out in the real world in years.

2. Rose's cousin Sven comes to visit

3. The "Empty Nest" episode

Martin Mull; he's hillarious. Anyway, I agree with most of these here, except I kinda like "Empty Nest" and the one above. I could do without the entire last season, actually. I haven't seen all of them, but I don't like the ones I've seen, and the show lost something, I don't know what, in the last season in my opinion.

What happened in "Empty Nest"? Was that the one Dorothy got married in?

Anyway, I don't like the one where they open that restaurant and it burns down or the one where Sophia gets married to Max or the one when Rose's blind sister visits.

Well, all I know is that in "Empty Nest", "Sophia Petrillo" plays a guest role. And, Dorothy gets married on the season finale two-parter of "The Golden Girls", not Empty Nest.

Thumbs down

As a Golden Girls Fan, I have to say that most of my least favorite episodes come from the last two years of the show.

Here are my 10 least favorite episodes:

10: Beatle Mania: The show in which Dorthoy falls in love with the guy from the BEatlesmania show.

9: Martin Mull episode: I found the Martin Mull episode boring and stupid. Mull is a funny actor and enjoyed him as Leon on ROseanne, but he was out of place here.

8: Moonlight Madness: Blanche throws a moonlight maddness party and Dorothy and Miles kiss passionately. I am sorry but I found that hard to believe that Dorothy would hurt Rose that way

7: Jeopardy episode: I did not think there was much to laugh about in that episode

6: Dorthoy's son the Bum; Dorothy's son comes home after losing his job and wife. He wants to live life with no responsiblities

5: the Hurricane is coming: This is the epsiode when Dorothy sister comes for a visit and she has an affair with Stan.

4. Rose's mother: on of the few early epsiodes I do not like because it made Rose seem mean

3: Sophia's job at the home: Dorothy lies to Sophia about her reason for being at a nursing home. She tells Sophia that it is a job, but in reality she just needs some one to watch sophia

2: Shady pines Nurse: Dorothy hires Shady Pines Angel of Death Nurse to watch sophia.

My least favorite episode is:

1: Slum lord episode: Dorothy and Stan are in trouble for being slam lords

I like Moonlight Madness and Beatle Mania. I thought they were hilarious. I really don't like the episode were Blanche dreams that her husband faked his death. It's so depressing.

Your 10 least favorites are some of my all time favorites. Especially Moonlight Madness and the slum lords.

And as far as least favorites, I like almost all of them except for the one where that visiting family comes in from Ittally and they think that Dorthy is their Daughter. It was just an unfunny and stupid episode. Well one out 180 aint bad now is it

I guess my least fav episode is when the girls want to have the garage changed. (?)

Vito Scotti played a guy who directed his construction crew in Italian. Sophia translated what he said to english.

Another episode i don't care too much for is when the girls all vie for the affections of a sculptor. He turns out to be gay.

Maybe I am getting tired of the shows? (Mercy me!)

The Moonlight Madness episodes were actually part of a theme NBC had for that particular Saturday Night... Nurses and Empty Nest were also effected by the "Madness".... NBC had mock special reports between each of the shows.. with the newscaster talking about weird occurances in ther Miami area due to the full moon...

I'd have to agree w/ all of the eps mentioned. Even though this is one of my favorite shows of all time, there are quite a few eps I can pass on, especially after seeing them so many times. Most from 90-92...they just don't run the early seasons enough!

However, if there's a good St. Olaf story, the episode is completely redeemed...
