What did/do you think of this classic 'very special episode'?? I absolutely loved it!!! Well...not the fact that Michael was a sleaze and Janet got conned...but that ending scene with her and Jack was SOOO sweet!!!

Jack: I just came to apologize
Janet: Well, don't!!
Jack: (to Micheal) I wish she'd make up her mind
Janet: (pushes past him, faces Micheal with her hands on her hips) How could you treat me that way? I trusted you! I believed in you!! You made me believe in myself!! I think what you did was very very cruel!!
Micheal: I'm sorry you feel that way
Janet: (aghast) That's it?? That's...all that you have to say??!!
Micheal: No. No, Janet..I don't think you've got what it takes to make it as a dancer
Janet: Well...let me tell YOU something Micheal. I don't think you have what it takes to make it as a human being
*audience claps as Micheal storms out* *Janet walks over to the vanity and puts her face in her hands*
Jack: Janet....
Janet: (turns to look at him, tears running down her cheeks) Please don't tell me you told me so because I know that you tried to warn me
Jack: Janet...
Janet: (interrups him) Oh Jack...and don't tell me that I should be grateful for having my one big night in the spotlight because it is more than I ever dreamed of having in my whole life
Jack: (opens his mouth to speak but Janet places a hand on his chest)
Janet: And DON'T tell me you didn't come down here to say all those things, Jack Tripper, 'cause I know darn well that you did
Jack: (softly) Janet...
Janet: W..what???
Jack: I didn't come down here to say all those things
Janet: (finally stops crying) You didn't?
Jack: No!! All I wanted to say is (turns on music) may I have this dance?

It makes me cry every time!!! I think that's the moment when I became a Jack and Janet shipper. What about you?? What you you have to say about this scene and/or eppy??

Yes I LOVE that episode!!!!! I was lucky to see it live .. and when I saw Jack say "Can I have this dance".. then Janet start crying.. I got chills through my body!

That was a great episode.. it shows Jack at his best.. caring

whoelse, can be funny as hell.. do prat falls.. and then choke you up with his caring acting!!!!
