Thumbs up Tonight's Episode

It was GREAT! The baby was sooo cute, and seeing Blair and Allison great each other was hilariuos! I haven't laughed that much in a while...it was just an all around good episode, IMO. I loved the 'wardrobe' Jo had picked out for her 'favor' date. What did everyone else think?

P.S. Wasn't this the first episode Jo actually wore a short sleeve shirt. She's usually just rolling her sleeves up

Favorite Line:
Blair: Let's get ready.
JO: I'm dressed.
Had me in tears.

As a side note, my husband refuses to watch this show, saying that it was bad when he watched it on NBC, so he's not going to watch it now. We have an evening tradition. I'll try to watch FOL while tuning out his snide remarks. Well, I think we reached a turning point with this episode. When Nat spilled the baby bottle all over her wrist, I caught out of the corner of my eye my husband smirking. The only time he ever smirks at the show is when Blair has "another one of her brilliant ideas". Of course, when I confronted him about it, he made a big deal that it was nothing and he would never laugh at such a stupid show. But I know he's coming around. Thanks to this episode

Thumbs up

Good work, coily. With daily exposure, I think your husband is finally starting to see that resistance is futile and despite all the early criticism 'Facts' was a good show that was really ahead of it's time.

Tootie: Muffy? Her name is Muffy? What kind of person is named Muffy?

Jo: Beats me, Tootie.

Good job, Coily! My sister, who says the show is dumb and isn't worth her 'precious' time walked in last night about the time Jo put the 'pillow case of a diaper' and she started cracking up. I was like "well, well, maybe she's changing her mind"! I LOVED this episode. It had me cracking up through out it. My three favorite lines:

Blair: Let's get ready
Jo: I'm dressed

I fell off the bed I was laughing so hard

Allison: Blair has told me all about you.
Jo: Nice to meet ya anyway.

Jo: Blair, ya don't boil pampers.

I loved the way she said it, too! This episode was just good-start to finish.

Sad

Sigh...I guess I heard it wrong, but I did like the way she said "Pampers" though (diapers, pampers, what's the difference lol)
It was a great episode!

Coily2, I can relate! I've got my mom hooked on the show (lol!), but my dad always makes fun of it. Finally, on Saturday, he VOLUNTARILY watched an episode! He got a few chuckles out of it, at least. Last night's ep was really funny.....I love the Shawn Cassidy pillow case! The Chinchilla fur tuned me off though....I'm glad that Jo didn't like it either. I love the part where Allison says, "I got goosebumps driving through the Eastland Gates." and Jo says, "I just get a rash." Lol!

Allison: BLAIRYPIE!
Blair: ALLIKINS!

------------------
Mr. Bradley: .....and that girls is the thrill of victory!

Tootie: Or the agony of DA FEET!

*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*

(Tootie starts rambling)

Natalie (thinking): I am going to nail her mouth to the floor. I can picture it now there'd be a spike through her tongue, but the lips would still be moving. She'd just keep whining on and on about how she'd never do that to me because she's my best friend. And if it made me feel guilty about nailing her mouth to the floor than she's glad I did it and......
(stops and realizes everyone's looking at her)
