A strange episode - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I call this a strange episode only because I don't recall ever seeing it before.

It's the one in which there was doubt whether Dorothy was the daughter of Sophia.

Could someone please give background to this episode? I only got the last 10 minutes of it.

Sophia's friends Philomena (and I forget the husband's name) Bosco came from Sicily to vist Sophia. They brought their daughter Gina with them. Gina and Dorothy were born within minutes frorm each other, and that's where Sophia and Philomena became friends. Gina got a blood test back in sicily 'cuz she was getting married, and because of the blood test, the Boscos say it was impossible that Gina could be related to them, and that Dorothy was their daughter, and Gina is Sophia's daughter. Another thing is, Gina and Sophia are short, and Dorothy and Philomena are tall. Dorothy and Sophia go get a blood test at the hospital, but because a story that Sophia told to Dorothy ending up in "Any REAL mother would do that for her daughter", Sophia tore up the blood test and they left. I'm assuming you saw the rest. This is a pretty funny episode.
