I need help finding a scene - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I have a vague memory of a scene in which Ricky is talking about the inconsistencies of the English language and gives examples of the many ways "ough" is pronounced; ie. cough, tough, through, though etc. I would like to know in what episode this very funny scene appears.

It is the episode called "Lucy Hires An English Tutor"(Episode #53) where she hires the English tutor to help Ricky with his English because Lucy didn't want Little Ricky to grow up speaking like Ricky.

That is one of my favorite episodes!! Hans Conried is superb as the English teacher. I love when he sings his "Tippy Tippy Toe" song!!!! Lolac

That's Percy Livermore all right, since he met Ricky and the gang, he had to teach another subject after that swell way of getting off to a lousy start!
