Default Did anyone find it weird that...

Kenan's family would always get charged or be the ones in fault when Kel screwed up?

Like when they were in the jewelry store one time, Kel broke something, yet the person was gonna bill Kenan's dad

Then when Kel broke something in the bakery, Kenan had to pay for it.

JERRY: Yes. Yes I am. Master of my domain. But I will tell you this: I am going over to (Gestures to the nudist) her apartment, and I'm tellin' her to put those shades down!
KRAMER: Woah, woah, woah. What-what did you just say?
JERRY: I can't take it anymore! She's driving me crazy! I can't sleep, I can't leave the house, and I' here, I'm climbin' the walls. Meanwhile, I'm dating a virgin, I'm in this contest - something's gotta give!

yeah, then again, it never showed Kel's parents. Maybe Kel is like, has no home and no parents so he lives with Kenan and is judged as their sibling?
Who knows?

I'm sure Kel's parents were alot like Urkel's parents. He had parents but then again he didn't. Just so the show could be funnier.

Nah they do that alot with sitcoms, I can't explain the move executives do in these sitcoms, but basically, they have it so, primarily the 2 main characters hang out with each other. This is also an example in the show "That 70s Show." If you've seen that show before, it illustrates how people hang out at their friends alot so theirs no need to focus too much on side characters or other friends parents, legal guardians etc. Plus I think Kel's parents, although never mentioned/seen I should say, were rocket scientists, maybe mad scientists lol. Who knows.

Let's just hope, that Kenan's parents sent the bills to Kel's parents, so they had to pay it anyway.
